Your media stays on your device

Audio, video, images, microphone audio and captured tab audio are processed locally in your browser. The tools do not upload your media files. Recordings and results are held in browser memory.

A shared result link contains text and Morse in its URL fragment, without the original media. Anyone with the link can read it. Do not include private information.

The app and optional decoding model files need to be downloaded. This site counts visits with a self-hosted instance of Plausible Analytics. Plausible sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not keep your IP address; it records page addresses, referrers, browser, operating system, device type and country only as aggregate statistics. This is based on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). When configured and accepted, optional Google Analytics and Google AdSense services can also make network requests. Analytics events sent by this site do not include filenames, recordings, images or decoded text.

This site uses Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery (CDN). When you visit, Cloudflare records your IP address and request information, such as browser and operating system details and the time of the request, to deliver pages, prevent abuse and keep the site secure. This processing is based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Depending on the enabled settings, Cloudflare may also obfuscate email addresses on the page to deter automated harvesting and inject a basic analytics script.
